| Pictures of Winter in Toronto |
Some people have asked me what winter is like in our part of the world, Toronto, Canada. These are some pictures just after we had a severe dumping of snow...it's not always this bad, but for a big part of the winter there's usually snow on the ground. However, we have had a few dry winters with barely any snowfall at all.  Looking out the upper deck door at snow higher than threshold of the door.  Shovelling off the upper deck so that the ceiling below doesn't collapse due to the weight of the wet snow.  High mounds of snow, notice black mark just to the right of the fire hydrant (shown in closeup below)...  That's a car burried with just the outside rearview mirror showing (you can make the outline of the car). [ Top of page ] |
